Christopher David Lawe is well-known within the sales and insurance industry, and is currently one of Jamaica’s most prominent and high-performing skill development pioneers.
Christopher started his career with Sagicor as a sales advisor in 2004 and swiftly became one of the industry leaders consistently qualifying for the coveted Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) from his first year in the business, achieving along the way many industry accolades.
Early in his career, his love to help and develop others was recognized and he was quickly drafted into management at the age of 26 and appointed a unit manager in January of 2009.
In his first year in management, Chris attained the prestigious Managers trophy along with numerous other awards and has consistently remained at the top for sales management awards, accolades, and industry records.
With a dynamic ability to lead, adapt and inspire performance, he later earned the position of Agency Manager in January 2011. In his capacity; recruiting, training, and developing several industry stalwarts that consistently demolish the company’s premium income record year on year, it must be said that he is indeed a force to be reckoned with.
Named one of Jamaica’s “under 30 power players” in 2010 in the Jamaica Observer, Chris could be considered a young Veteran.
The mighty “SPARTANS,” is also led by Chris. His team continues to hold firm in their endless pursuit of excellence. Of course, this comes as no surprise as Chris is known for his best business practices, insurance sales volume, ethical conduct in the marketplace, the development of several industry superstars and certainly for consistently breaking industry records year after year.
Chris is the father of two young boys and a trained and qualified air pilot, who enjoys socializing and traveling. He enjoys general repairs and working on performance motor cars. Also, a Member of the Royal Jamaica Yacht club, he enjoys captaining his boat to nearby cays and fishing excursions.
